Refund Policy

The user has the right to request a refund of your products during the first 21 days after purchase. Remember that to request a refund you must meet these conditions:

• Products must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
• We will request proof of purchase.

The user will be responsible for paying shipping costs if they decide to return an order that meets the conditions mentioned above.

If the item(s) have arrived damaged or with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible via the email address info@kernat.com and we will tell you how to proceed.

If several products have been purchased and the damage affects only part of the order, the user will have the right to receive a partial refund.

You will also have the right to cancel the order and receive the corresponding refund in the event that we have not been able to deliver the order for reasons attributable to our company.
